Managing projects over disparate geographical locations has always been a challenge, and different teams and projects have dealt with it differently. Teams that reduce the dependence on face-to-face communication have better success.
This talk looks at how integrating an issue tracker, a source control system and communications software into a single suite helps such collaborative development. We shall use bugzilla and cvs as specific examples for issue tracking and source control.
